Step 1: prepare the ingredients, cut the old duck into pieces, add boiling water and wine in the pot to remove the blood stains, cut the lettuce into rhombus, wash the tea tree mushroom with water and remove the pedicels, tear off the Pleurotus ostreatus hand slightly, and dice the ham
Step 2: add enough water at a time, stew the duck with the Agrocybe aegerita, bring to a boil, simmer for two hours, (if you don't have a casserole at home, you can make do with a soup pot), then add ham, mushroom, lettuce and simmer for half an hour
Step 3: add salt, pepper and scallion before you come out of the pot
