Production steps:
Step 1: clean the glutinous rice (in order not to make the glutinous rice too sticky, I add some rice) and soak it in cold water for half a day. Put the soaked glutinous rice in the pot, add a little water, and then boil the water until the water is slightly dry.
Step 2: wash the bacon, soak it in cold water for half a day (soak it with glutinous rice at the same time), put the bacon in the pot and cook for 10 minutes, then take it out. At this time, the bacon has become soft. Cut the bacon into small pieces, put a little oil in the frying pan, stir fry the bacon until the oil comes out, add a little scallion (I forgot to add) and saute until fragrant.
Step 3: pour in the pre cooked glutinous rice, cover the bacon, do not turn it over, add appropriate amount of boiling water (about 30ml), cover the pot, simmer over low heat, remove the pot cover in five minutes, turn the rice and bacon evenly, cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4: when the water in the pot is dry, turn off the heat and simmer for another 3 minutes, you can take out the rice, and a bowl of delicious bacon and glutinous rice will be served fresh!

Note: 1. Bacon can be changed into sausage and ham according to people's preference; 2. Rice with whole glutinous rice, the effect is better, but it will be very sticky, glutinous rice is not easy to digest, and the elderly, children and gastrointestinal can not adapt to eat less. 3.
