Tammy cooked in vinegar

Introduction:

"Tammy is delicious. Big Tami is suitable for braised. It's very good to fry the fish in a small saucepan with vinegar

Production steps:

Step 1: remove skin and viscera of Tammy fish.

Step 2: add cooking wine, salt and five spice powder.

Step 3: marinate for 20 minutes.
