Production steps:
Step 1: remove skin and viscera of Tammy fish.
Step 2: add cooking wine, salt and five spice powder.
Step 3: marinate for 20 minutes.
Step 4: pour flour over the salted Tammy fish.
Step 5: mix well.
Step 6: add proper amount of peanut oil into the frying pan and fry the Tammy until golden.
Step 7: take out the fried fish and set aside.
Step 8: cut onion, ginger and garlic into small pieces.
Step 9: heat the oil in the pan and add half of the onion, ginger and garlic in the pan.
Step 10: add vinegar, soy sauce, proper amount of water, sugar, stir well, bring to a boil.
Step 11: add the fried Tammy fish and stir well.
Step 12: Sprinkle the remaining onion, ginger and garlic on it.
Step 13: cover and turn down the heat to put all the soup on top.
Step 14: turn off the fire and serve.
