Step 1: prepare the red beans.
Step 2: wash red beans and soak in water for more than 2 hours.

Note: the tangerine peel I used is the tangerine peel that has been preserved for ten years. There is no white inner capsule. If I use new tangerine peel, I need to scrape off the white inner capsule to avoid bitterness.
