Zhixiang glutinous rice ball

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the materials;
Step 2: dissolve brown sugar in proper amount of boiling water and cool it for standby;
Step 3: make Huaguo tea with boiling water and let it cool;
Step 4: filter out the residue of Huaguo tea;
Step 5: pour the filtered flower and fruit tea into brown sugar water and mix well;
Step 6: pour sticky rice flour into glutinous rice flour and mix well;
Step 7: add a little sugar water to the mixed powder;
Step 8: knead the flour into dough;
Step 9: divide the dough into equal parts and knead it into small ones. The wonderful thing is that the dough can't be kneaded into a circle, instead, it turns into a top shape. It's so lovely;
Step 10: take a dish, brush the bottom with cooking oil, put in the kneaded dough, and steam the dough in the steamer for about 20 minutes;
Step 11: put the steamed dough into the pre fried sesame and roll it for a while;

Materials required:
Glutinous rice flour: 150g
Sticky rice noodles: 50g
Brown sugar: 50g
Huaguo tea: 5g
White Sesame: right amount
Boiled water: appropriate amount
Precautions: 1. Add a small amount of sugar water into the glutinous flour for many times, so as not to mix too thinly, which is not easy to knead into a ball; 2. Add flower and fruit tea for the first time, originally intended to make sweet and sour taste, but only sweet taste; 3. Eat the ball while it is hot, and it will harden when it is cold.
