Tomato and spare ribs soup
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: rinse the ribs again.
Step 2: soak the tomato in boiling water for about two minutes, peel and cut into pieces;
Step 3: slice ginger and scallion

Note: 1. The spareribs should be crisp and rotten, which can't be done without a long time of slow stewing in a small fire. You can't be in a hurry. If you don't have so much time to go home at night, you can use a pressure cooker for 15 minutes;
