Pitaya jelly
Introduction:
"When I go shopping in the mall, my baby always wants me to buy her a jelly to eat. I don't know why she especially likes jelly. She thinks it's expensive to sell, and there are many additives, so I want to make it myself. Anyway, there are red pitayas at home, which are beautiful."
Production steps:
Step 1: peel and dice pitaya.
Step 2: soak two gelatine tablets in ice water.
Step 3: put the diced pitaya into the mixing cup and pour in 200 ml of boiling water.
Step 4: stir into juice.
Step 5: stir the Pitaya juice into the pot and heat it.
Step 6: heat appropriate amount of sugar, stir until sugar melts, turn off the fire.
Step 7: put the pickled gelatin slices into a pot and stir until melted.
Step 8: add some pitaya pulp into the cup.
Step 9: pour pitaya juice into a cup, cool to warm, and refrigerate overnight.
Materials required:
Pitaya: 200g
Gilding tablets: 14g
White granulated sugar: right amount
Note: Geely Ding piece put too few words is not very shaped oh.
