Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the materials, steam the yam in advance, peel and cut into small pieces
Step 2: take a pot and add appropriate water and sugar, cook until dissolved
Step 3: add yam
Step 4: stir the yam with a spoon while cooking
Step 5: when there are basically no big yams, use an egg beater to continue boiling and mixing the yam mud at high speed until it is smooth and thick,
Step 6: add milk and fish glue powder
Step 7: continue to cook and mix with the egg beater until the fish glue powder is completely dissolved. The yam paste is very dense and has some lines (the lines are similar to the cake paste, but not obvious)
Step 8: pour the yam paste into the cake mold, cool and refrigerate
Step 9: take the frozen yam cake out of the mold (just like frozen cheese, use an electric hair dryer to blow a little outside the mold to release the mold)
Step 10: Sprinkle Matcha powder on the surface of yam cake through screen, and then cut into pieces for eating

Note: if you want the yam cake to taste more delicate, you can mix it with a cooking machine and sift it. The mold is a 7-inch Qifeng mold. You can decide the dosage of yam according to your own mold. After molding, there will be a little water droplets on the surface of the yam mud. You can use a clean paper towel to gently absorb it before sprinkling the tea powder
