Stewed raw fish with mushrooms

Production steps:
Step 1: blanch the mushrooms in boiling water and set aside,

Note: 1. Fish first fried after stew, can stew out thick white soup. Direct stew soup does not turn white, 2, salt to put last, so the fish is not easy to change into wood.
