Production steps:
Step 1: material drawing
Step 2: peel loofah, wash and slice, cut onion, ginger and garlic
Step 3: stir fry scallion and ginger in hot oil
Step 4: pour in towel gourd slices and stir fry for a while
Step 5: stir fry until towel gourd is cooked, add a little salt
Step 6: add a little chicken essence
