Barley and mung bean porridge
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: raw materials.
Step 2: wash all the ingredients, add proper amount of water to the inner pot of the stewing pan, and add millet.

Step 5: boil.
Step 6: put it into the outer pot, cover it and simmer for 3 to 4 hours.

Step 8: Jieshu congee.

Note: if you don't have a braising pot, use other pots to boil over high heat and then boil over low heat.
