Homemade onion oil
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare all materials
Step 2: cut the scallion and onion into small pieces
Step 3: pour proper amount of vegetable oil into the pot
Step 4: pour in all seasonings before the oil is hot
Step 5: bring to a boil over medium heat
Step 6: change the low heat to boil until the scallion becomes brown, then turn off the heat
Step 7: after air cooling, remove the residue to get onion oil

Star anise: 1 capsule
Zanthoxylum bungeanum: right amount
Vegetable oil: right amount
Note: all seasonings must be cold oil pot
