Fried chicken with soybean
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the chicken (I use wing root), add cooking wine, shredded ginger, garlic, dried pepper and a little five spice powder, and marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 2: heat the oil and stir fry the soybeans.
Step 3: when the skin of the soybean is slightly wrinkled, pour in the marinated chicken and stir fry over high heat.
Step 4: add the right amount of soy sauce and continue to stir fry.
Step 5: stir fry for a while, add appropriate amount of water, sugar and salt, stir well, cover and simmer.
Step 6: add a little monosodium glutamate and sprinkle with scallion.
