Jujube cake

Jujube cake

Introduction:

"I always like to eat Fagao, especially the Big honeycomb in the middle. I used to buy it outside. Since I came to Meitian, I have seen a lot of experts and learned a lot. Fagao is what I learned from the experts here, but I still grope for several times when I look at the pictures. The main thing is the consistency of the dough. Ha ha, today, I finally made it. In fact, with a good grasp of the viscosity, Fagao is super simple. It's simpler than steamed bread and steamed buns, and it's even simpler than bread. "

Production steps:

Step 1: mix noodles, add medium flour, corn flour, yeast and baking powder, and then slowly add water, while adding, stir with chopsticks, depending on the viscosity, which means chopsticks can stick.

Step 2: ferment at room temperature, cover a large plate, add red dates into the fermented batter.

Step 3: put paper under the mold. I didn't have a suitable big mold, so I used the silicone mold to make the cake, filled it with 8 points, then served it twice, about 20 points.

Step 4: start steaming for about 15 minutes.
