Production steps:

Step 1: prepare Osmanthus fragrans, fresh Osmanthus fragrans is better, if not dried Osmanthus fragrans can also be used.

Step 2: get the medlar ready.

Step 3: prepare the longan.

Step 4: wash the sweet scented osmanthus with rice wine to remove the floating dust and other debris, and put it into a clean and dry airtight container, preferably a pottery pot or glass bottle.

Step 5: wash the medlar with rice wine and put it into a bottle.

Step 6: shell the longan and leave the meat.

Step 7: put the longan into the bottle and add the rock sugar.

Step 8: add rice wine.

Step 9: cover the bottle and keep it sealed.

Step 10: put it in a dark place and wait for 30 days.

Step 11: filter out the opened osmanthus wine.

Step 12: ready to drink.

Osmanthus fragrans: 25g

Medlar: 25

Longan: 25

Rock sugar: 25g

Note: wine bottles must be washed and dried with boiling water, and can be decorated with rice wine for disinfection. Sweet scented osmanthus wine tastes mellow, soft and sweet, and slightly floral, but not greedy.
