Production steps:

Step 3: brew the meat into tofu
Step 4: in a hot oil pan, fry the meat side of tofu over low heat until golden
Step 5: turn over and fry until golden
Step 6: add a little soy sauce, white sweet and sour oyster sauce, and bring to a boil
Step 7: put the tofu on the plate
Step 8: add a little water starch to the remaining soup and thicken it
Step 9: pour the soup on the tofu
