Production steps:
Step 1: cut the sponge cake into two pieces with a bread knife
Step 2: soak gelatine tablets in cold water
Step 3: stir durian meat, cream cheese and 250g milk into a paste with a cooking machine, take out the soaked fish glue slices and mix them with 50g milk
Step 4: heat water to melt
Step 5: pour the melted gilding liquid into durian paste and mix well
Step 6: Cream with sugar until textured
Step 7: mix the durian paste and light cream with scraper or hand beater to make cheese paste
Step 8: put one piece of sponge cake into the bottom of the mold
Step 9: pour 1 / 2 of the cheese paste into the mold, shake a few times, so that the cheese paste can fill the mold
Step 10: then cut off the four sides of the remaining cake pieces and turn them into a cake piece slightly smaller than the mold
Step 11: put the battered cheese on top of the cake
