Pig tongue with red pepper
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: clean the pig tongue after buying it. Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Put it into the pig tongue for five minutes until there is foam on the surface. Remove it and then use supercooled water
Step 2: put ginger, star anise, cooking wine, soy sauce, soy sauce and water without pig tongue into the pot, boil it over high heat and turn to medium heat for half an hour (forget to take the picture of this step, take this instead)
Step 3: when the soup is almost received, add a little sugar to taste
Step 4: after the stewed pig tongue is cooled, slice it for standby (the stewed pig tongue is really fragrant, I can't help eating a few pieces secretly when slicing)
Step 5: heat the oil in a hot pan, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant
Step 6: add red pepper and stir fry. (I forgot another step. I cleaned the red pepper and cut it into filament.)
Step 7: mix in the marinade
Step 8: add the sliced marinated pig tongue and stir fry evenly
Step 9: finished product picture, stir fried pork tongue with red pepper.
