Preserved glutinous rice
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: soak the glutinous rice one night in advance.
Step 2: after soaking the next day, drain the glutinous rice, add oil and salt, and mix well.
Step 3: remove the sausage.
Step 4: slice the sausage.
Step 5: stir fry sausages with oil.
Step 6: stir fry and set aside.
Step 7: add appropriate amount of water into the glutinous rice, steam for 1 hour.
Step 8: stir fried peanuts.
Step 9: add the fried peanuts, green beans and sausage into the glutinous rice, and stir well.
