Fried shrimp balls with garlic

Fried shrimp balls with garlic

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash the shrimp, peel and remove the shrimp line.

Step 2: marinate with pepper for 10 minutes to remove the fishy smell.

Step 3: wash the garlic yellow and cut into inches.

Step 4: Boil the water in the pot and put the shrimp in the pot until it changes color. (take out the shrimps immediately instead of boiling them in hot water)

Step 5: heat up the oil in the pan, and stir fry the shrimp until it is mature.

Step 6: add the garlic, stir fry quickly until the garlic is broken (this process should not be too long, otherwise the appearance and taste of the garlic will be affected)

Step 7: add salt to taste, stir fry evenly and then out of the pot
