Changbaoyingzi Township, belonging to Shuangta District, Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province, is located in the east of Shuangta District, with talagoo town in the northwest, Taohuatu town in the north, zhangjiying town in Beipiao City in the East and Sunjiawan town in the south. The area is 68.7 square kilometers, and as of 2018, the registered residence population was 6649.

In 1962, a commune was set up in Chaoyang County. In 1984, the village was changed. In 1993, it belongs to Shuangta district. In 2003, it belongs to Longcheng district. In 2005, it was once again classified as Shuangta district. As of June 2020, changbaoyingzi has jurisdiction over five administrative villages.
