ANZAC biscuits

ANZAC biscuits

Introduction:

"Today is anzacday, commemorating the soldiers of the Australian and New Zealand legions who died in the battle of Gallipoli on April 25, 1915. On this day, people will eat a sweet biscuit named ANZAC biscuits. The connection between ANZAC biscuits and ANZAC Day dates back to the first World War. Because it is easy to store, it can keep the same quality in the long sea transportation, and is distributed to the soldiers who go abroad. It's not difficult to make it. Butter is used in the traditional recipe, but I slightly modified it. I replaced white flour with whole wheat flour, replaced butter with vegetable oil, and reduced the amount of sugar. The taste is still very crisp, and absolutely healthy countless times! ~”
