Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: select fresh chicken wings, wash and set aside.

Step 2: use a knife to draw a knife on the back of the chicken wings (as shown in the picture) to taste it.

Step 3: put chicken wings into a container, add salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, starch, pepper and a little sugar. Add in the yolk.
