Production steps:

Step 1: prepare materials. Wash coriander and cut into mince; cut dried vermicelli short; cook kelp soft and cut into shreds.

Step 2: bring to a boil, cook the vermicelli, drain the water and let cool.

Step 3: put the cold vermicelli and shredded kelp into a bowl, add salt, monosodium glutamate, sesame oil and white vinegar, and mix the coriander powder together.

Coriander: moderate

White vinegar: right amount

Sesame oil: right amount

Note: white vinegar will not affect the color of cold vermicelli.
