Introduction:

"Preserved egg is a home-made dish, popular in Taiwan, Fujian, Guangdong and Chaoshan areas. It is fried with preserved egg and sometimes some green onions."

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare materials. (dried radish can also be bought from the supermarket)

Step 2: soak dried radish in water for 20 minutes.

Step 3: chop the pickled radish.

Step 4: put oil in the frying pan and fry the dried radish over low heat. Stir fry the dried radish to dry.

Step 5: put out the dried radish and cool it, then put on the scallion. Then beat in the eggs.

Step 6: add a little pepper and stir well.

Step 7: oil the pan. (oil should be less, brush it with oil) when the pot is hot, pour in the egg mixture and fry it over low heat. Fry one side, turn over carefully, fry the other side, fry golden.

Materials required:

Dried radish: 150g

Eggs: 2

Chives: 2

Pepper: right amount

Oil: right amount

Note: 1 "preserved vegetables" is pickled dried radish. You can marinate the dried radish by yourself or buy it ready-made in the supermarket. The dried radish must be fried before frying the egg.
