Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: soak fish skin in clean water, wash, drain and set aside. Cut leeks into sections and slice ginger

Step 2: beat the eggs well and fry them over low heat

Step 3: heat the pan and add ginger slices

Step 4: stir fry the fish skin

Step 5: add appropriate amount of water

Step 6: bring the water to a boil, put in the cut eggs and cook for another two minutes

Step 7: add leeks, chicken powder and salt to taste

Note: 1. The skin of firewood fish generally adheres to some fish bones. After soaking, if you have time, you can clean it up and eat more comfortable. 2. If you want the soup to be whiter, you can add one or two more eggs.
