Production steps:
Step 1: cut the potatoes into small pieces
Step 2: wash the oil beans and remove the tendons
Step 3: Chop onion, ginger and garlic

Step 5: stir fry scallion, ginger and garlic in another pot and put two red peppers
Step 6: stir fry the spareribs. (in order to save time, I pressed the spareribs with a pressure cooker in advance.)
Step 7: pour in some cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar
Step 8: after the ribs are colored, add beans and potatoes
Step 9: add boiling water after stir frying to avoid the ingredients
Step 10: add appropriate amount of vermicelli and simmer for 15 minutes
