Cranberry bread
Introduction:
"Today's bread contains some dried cranberries. They are sour and sweet, and taste very unique."
Production steps:
Step 1: put the raw materials into a large bowl in the order of liquid and powder. Stir with chopsticks to make a dry dough (this will save time for mixing)
Step 2: pour the dough into the bread barrel and install it in the toaster.
Step 3: press the mixing procedure for 15 minutes.
Step 4: add small pieces of butter. Start the dough mixing procedure again for 20 minutes.
Step 5: pause the mixing procedure for 15 minutes and pour in the dried cranberries.
Step 6: continue to complete the blending procedure.
Step 7: round the dough, put it in a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap and ferment in a warm place.
Step 8: fermented dough (poke a hole with fingers dipped in a little dry powder, and the hole will not retract or collapse)
Step 9: take out the fermented dough, cut it into pieces, roll it round, cover it with plastic film and relax for about 15 minutes.
Step 10: take a dough and shape it into a long strip. Place it in the shape of number 6.
Step 11: pass the long side through the hole, as shown in the picture.
Step 12: repeat the action until the two joints are connected. After twice fermentation, brush the egg liquid and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Step 13: preheat the oven, 180 degrees in the middle for 15 minutes (after coloring, cover with tin foil)

Note: cold bread can be stored at room temperature, do not put into the cold room, easy to dehydrate moldy.
