Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare all the ingredients.

Step 2: turn the fresh yeast in 40 ℃ warm water.

Step 5: then add 40 ml olive oil and stir.

Step 6: stir the dough until it is sticky as shown in the picture.

Step 7: cover with plastic film and ferment for about 20 minutes.

Step 8: fermentation is completed after 20 minutes, and complete fermentation is not required.

Step 9: coat the bottom of the pan with olive oil.

Step 10: put the fermented dough into an oiled baking pan, add olive oil to the surface of the dough again, and smooth the dough.

Step 11: place all ingredients on the surface of the dough, sprinkle with sweet pepper and basil leaves.

Step 12: cover with plastic film and ferment for 30 minutes.

Step 13: preheat the oven at 225 degrees, put the bread into the oven, bake for 15 minutes, color it and bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees. Done!

Step 14: it can be served with ketchup, mayonnaise or plain drink.

Note: I found that if this bread is baked in advance and put in the oven (close the oven door) overnight, it will taste better! Come and have a try~~
