Production steps:
Step 1: wash the pork spine with clean water, about 3 times. Then boil the water, pour the water on the clean bone and meat, repeat 3 times. Every time, turn the spine meat in the boiling water, so that all sides of the meat can be soaked. Finally, rinse with clean water. (the frequency of washing depends on my personal preference. Some people boil the bones directly in the pot, but I prefer hot water, which is convenient. After many times of cleaning, the dirt is very clean.)
Step 2: peel Pueraria, wash and slice, peel ginger, cut into two pieces and pat flat.
Step 3: wash the beans and peanuts.
Step 4: clean all other ingredients.
Step 5: put the main ingredients at the bottom, put the ingredients on the top, and put all the ingredients into the pot. Stew for 2.5h, high heat. 3-4 hours for weak fire. Add the right amount of salt when the soup is finished.
