Production steps:
Step 1: wash the chicken, control the water, peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into pieces, shred the green onion and ginger, slice the garlic and cut the curry into small pieces
Step 2: put a small amount of cooking oil in the pot, heat the oil, put it into the chopped scallion, ginger and garlic frying pan, and then add chicken to stir fry. I am used to adding proper amount of cooking wine, soy sauce and salt in the process of stir frying, and stir fry for 2-3 minutes after putting the oil under the chicken skin
Step 3: add the soup and cut into the curry pieces, without chicken (you can add more soup if you want to cook for a longer time). After boiling the soup for 10 minutes, add the carrot pieces and potato pieces. Because the pieces I cut are relatively small, in order to avoid finally boiling into mashed potatoes and carrot, I put them into the pot 10 minutes later, and finally boil the chicken to taste and the curry to be thick
Step 4: take the stuffy white rice out of the electric cooker and put it on the plate. Then pour the curry chicken. My rice is made into a cute little animal shape
