Black fungus
Introduction:
"The two-year-old bear loves to eat this fungus. When he eats, he always asks for it. In addition, the fungus and onion are anti-cancer food. It's good for his health to eat more."
Production steps:
Step 1: soak and wash Auricularia auricula in advance, blanch better than cold water, and control the moisture.
Step 2: Chop onion, add some soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, a few drops of sesame oil. No oyster sauce can put a little less sugar.
Step 3: heat a little oil in the pan.
Step 4: pour hot oil into onion and seasoning, stir well.
Step 5: pour seasoning on agaric and mix well. The photo is taken too fast. The sauce hasn't seeped down yet. In fact, there should be soup underneath.
Materials required:
Moderate amount: Auricularia auricula
Onion: right amount
Soy sauce: moderate
Sweet scented osmanthus vinegar or rice vinegar: appropriate amount
Oyster sauce: right amount
Sesame oil: right amount
Note: it's better to soak Auricularia auricula in advance. The soaking time is a little short this time, and it hasn't completely started. Generally, a quarter of an onion is enough. I like to eat it. I used half of it. That's all in the photo.
Production difficulty: unknown
Process: mixing
Production time: 10 minutes
Taste: sour and salty
