Tremella soup

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare raw materials, tremella fuciformis (Tremella fuciformis must be soaked), Lycium barbarum (must be soaked), mash, as shown in the figure above. Cut Tremella into pieces
Step 2: Boil the right amount of water according to the number of people
Step 3: add Tremella after boiling
Step 4: add wolfberry
Step 5: add the mash again. Boil for 3-4 minutes.
Step 6: add white sugar or rock sugar. The amount of sugar depends on your taste. (Xia's mother added about 3 spoonfuls according to the amount of three people.)
Step 7: finally add the starch to thicken, and then out of the pot.
