Stir fried udong

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare materials. Shredded green pepper, shredded cabbage, red pepper (dry pepper) cut circle or silk. Shred the onion.

Note: Wudong noodles first blanched with boiling water, once cold water, so fried Wudong noodles are very smooth.
