Guangdong style barbecued pork
Introduction:
"Grilled Pork belongs to Cantonese cuisine, which is one of the Guangdong flavors. The main ingredient is pork loin, and the main cooking technology is barbecue. The finished product is bright red and tender. Before CC brother went back to China and said he wanted to eat streaky pork, my family never bought streaky pork. Later, when my brother came back to China, I made "Dongpo meat". Although the taste was ok, I always felt a little strange. After several times of summing up, I finally used pork to make barbecued pork with satisfactory taste and appearance. Fat but not greasy, bright color, next time my brother returned home, he would make this barbecued pork for him. "
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the streaky pork, cut it into two pieces, drain and set aside. Mix the barbecued pork sauce, cooking wine and soy sauce, and spread them on the drained pork. Wrap the fresh-keeping film and refrigerate it in the refrigerator for 1-2 days. During this period, remember to turn the pork upside down to make it taste better (unlimited times).
Step 2: put the pickled pork on the grill, put it in the preheated 190 ℃ oven for 35-40 minutes in the middle until it is as shown in the figure (or chopsticks can be easily inserted into the pork without blood flowing out), put a baking tray in the lower layer, and then add the sauce and oil dripping from the baking process. Mix 10g honey and 16g water into honey water. Turn on the oven and brush honey water when baking for 15 minutes. Turn over the pork and brush honey water after 1-2 minutes. The number of times you brush honey water varies.
Step 3: take it out, cool it a little, slice it and put it on the plate.
