Spicy tofu
Introduction:
"This method is similar to that of frying stinky tofu, but stinky tofu is fried in a pot, and this tofu is fried in a pot."
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the bean curd with clean water, cut it into 1.5cm thick slices, drain the water and set aside;
Step 2: Mix 1 teaspoon of pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of pepper powder and 1 teaspoon of salt evenly. The spoon is the one in the picture;
Step 3: heat up the oil in a hot pan, put the tofu in the pan and fry it over medium heat until both sides are slightly brown;
Step 4: if it's a pan, sprinkle the seasoning mixed in step 2 directly on the tofu, don't turn off the fire, continue to fry for a while, then sprinkle the scallion, fry for 3S, get out of the pan, and put it on the plate; if it's a frying pan like me, fry the tofu until it's scorched, then get out of the pan and put it on the plate;

Note: the best pan fried tofu, the seasoning and onion sprinkled in the pot, taste more fragrant.
