Introduction:

"On my husband's birthday, I don't think the cake I bought is special. The meaning of making it by myself is very different! My husband is very surprised!"

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare the cake and divide it into two parts with a fruit knife

Step 2: take off the half, put on the right amount of yellow peach slices and strawberries, and then apply the right amount of cream

Step 3: take the top half and cover it. That's what the picture looks like

Step 4: spread cream on the top and side of the cake in turn (no professional tools, just use a long knife to cut watermelon). Because fruit should be put on the top, you don't need to spread it. Stick the cut strawberries evenly on the side

Step 5: place the cut yellow peach slices and kiwi slices in turn, put the big strawberries in the middle, then insert the strawberries on the outside of the yellow peach slices, and finally decorate the edge of the cake with cream (because there is no special flower mouth for cream modeling, I cut a few notches in the mouth of the cream bag)

Step 6: it's done

Note: the mouth of milking oil must not be cut too big. If it is too big, some details are not easy to shape. Fruit slices inserted in the cake will be more three-dimensional than placed on!
