Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: slice potatoes and wash them

Step 2: cut a thousand pieces of silk

Note: dry tofu blanching can remove the beany smell, if you want to make this dish more fragrant, you can oil potato chips, but I don't like fried, I always think meat will grow, so only blanching.
