Peanuts with celery

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the peanuts, add star anise, salt, pepper, pour in warm water, soak the peanuts for 1 hour, then boil for 10 minutes.
Step 2: take out the cooked peanuts and let them cool.
Step 3: dice celery and carrots separately.
Step 4: add proper amount of water into the pot and bring to a boil. Add carrots and diced celery and blanch for 2 minutes.
