In winter, a pot of nutritious and nourishing warm-up soup loved by the whole family
Introduction:
"It's cold. When I get home from work and drink a bowl of soup, I feel much warmer, so I especially like stew in winter. Now it's time for yam to come on the market. There are many yams sold in the market, and the price is not particularly expensive. I bought more yams on Saturday. I stewed a pot of soup. After two or three hours of slow stewing, the spareribs are very loose and rotten, the yams are soft, and the soup is rich. I drink a bowl of delicious soup and warm up. I prefer to eat stewed yam. I like soft yam, which can be stewed for a longer time. I like green yam, which can be stewed for a shorter time. I used to grow yams in my hometown. Digging yams is really hard work. I have to dig deep holes and dig them out one by one. If I'm not careful, it will break them. After so many years, I miss those years when I worked in the field. "
