Introduction:
"Chicken fir oil is a very famous snack in Yunnan Province. It is made by washing fresh chicken fir fungus, tearing it into small strips by hand, then adding Chinese prickly ash and dried pepper to frying oil in a large pot. After the water in the chicken fir is squeezed dry, it is finished. Chicken fir oil can be used as seasoning or as a dish. It tastes dry and delicious."
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the bean sprouts in water.
Step 2: put the washed soybean sprouts into the boiling water pot, blanch them, and then rinse them in cold water.
Step 3: peel the garlic and chop it into mashed garlic. Cut the scallion leaves into scallion flowers.
Step 4: put the bean sprouts in a big bowl.
Step 5: add the mashed garlic and scallion, and 1 tablespoon of chicken fir oil.
Step 6: add salt and a spoonful of soy sauce.
Step 7: add a little vinegar and some spicy oil, stir well and serve.
