Unintentional delicacy
Introduction:
"Last weekend, I made a reservation for this week's breakfast as usual. Originally, I wanted to make scallion oil roll. I found that there was no scallion at home, and I was lazy to buy it again. I remember that the pancakes I fished out with spiced noodles before also tasted good! I decided to use five spice powder to steam the roll. It's a little salty and a little spiced. It's also very delicious! I think a little more scallion will taste better! "
Production steps:
Step 1: dough fermentation: mix flour with yeast and water to make a smooth dough. Ferment it in a warm place until the dough is twice as large.
Step 2: roll the dough into a skin about 0.5cm thick, apply oil evenly, then sprinkle salt and five spice powder evenly.
Step 3: roll up the dough.
Step 4: cut into small pieces.
Step 5: press a seal in the middle of each two pieces of chopsticks, fold the two ends back after pressing, and then wake up for about 20 minutes, then steam.
Materials required:
Flour: 500g
Yeast: 3 G
Water: 235g
Five spice powder: appropriate amount
Salt: right amount
Oil: right amount
Note: 1. The ratio of water and yeast in dough is one I have tried many times. You can adjust it according to your own flour. 2. I only use half of the dough here. Don't make anything else. 3. Heavy flavor can add more five spice powder and salt. 4. It's better to add some chives.
Production difficulty: ordinary
Process: steaming
Production time: half an hour
Taste: salty and fresh
