Bubble Tea
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: main material: 100g sweet potato powder, 60g brown sugar, 500ml milk, 3 bags black tea, 50ml water.
Step 2: add sweet potato powder, brown sugar and water to mix.
Step 3: change a big basin and start rubbing. The basin I used was too small, so I had to change a big one. You can start with a bigger basin.
Step 4: rub along one direction, be patient.
Step 5: that's about it.
Step 6: boil water in the pot, put in the round powder, and cook it over medium heat for about 20 to 25 minutes. Do not stop stirring with chopsticks during the cooking process. Do not let the round powder stick together. When the round powder is translucent and the middle is not transparent, turn off the fire. Cover the pot and simmer for 30 minutes
Step 7: make milk tea, because it's for your son, so either use cream or milk to heat over low heat, put it in the tea bag and bring it to a boil, cover it for 10 minutes. I usually cook milk tea in the same way. It tastes good,
Step 8: just add pearls to the milk tea.
