Production steps:
Step 1: when the dough is ripe, add the remaining chopped onion and ketchup, Hans sauce (I use milk garlic flavor) wok, chop the onion and set aside the ingredients
Step 2: chop the onion and set aside
Step 3: add olive oil in the frying pan, add half of the chopped onion and stir fry until fragrant, then add beef stuffing and stir fry
Step 4: when the minced meat is ripe, add the remaining chopped onion, tomato sauce, salt and Hans sauce in turn. Stir well and set aside
Step 5: add boiling water to the pasta (I bought the commonly used Turkish screw noodle No. 44) and cook for about 10 minutes
Step 6: mix the cooked noodles with the fried pasta sauce, add onion rings and vegetable leaves to decorate and finish

Note: add a few drops of olive oil when cooking. The noodles will be very shiny
