Step 7: roll the dough. Brush olive oil on the inside of the toast mold, put the dough in, cover it and put it in a warm place. Continue to ferment for 30 to 60 minutes until the dough is full enough to occupy the toast mold. Put it in the oven, 180 degrees, 30-40 minutes.
Step 8: get out of the oven. After demoulding, wait for the toast to cool completely, wrap it in a fresh-keeping bag and put it in the refrigerator for more than four hours. Take out the slices after freezing.
