Fried wonton
Introduction:
"It's usually boiled wonton. It's the first time that children like wonton fried."
Production steps:
Step 1: all ingredients.
Step 2: select eight thin and two fat forelegs, chop the meat into minced meat, add appropriate amount of salt, peanut oil and soy sauce, mix well, and stir clockwise for one minute.
Step 3: peel carrots and dice them; cut chives into scallions.
Step 4: add chopped carrot and scallion into minced meat and mix well.
Step 5: take a piece of wonton skin and add some meat stuffing.
Step 6: fold it in half. If the bought wonton skin is too dry, you can dip some water with chopsticks and apply it to the edge of the skin.
Step 7: overlap and stick the two ends down.
Step 8: put a proper amount of oil under the bottom of the pot, put the wrapped wonton on it and fry it over low heat.
Step 9: fry the bottom well, and then fry the side with more meat stuffing until yellowish.
Step 10: add proper amount of water, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step 11: Sprinkle black sesame and scallion while there is still water on the surface of wonton, and continue to fry for dozens of seconds.

Precautions: 1. If the wonton skin is too dry, you need to dip some water on the edge to stick it. 2. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the surface of the wonton when it is still wet, so that the sesame seeds can stick to the wonton.
