Steamed spareribs

Steamed spareribs

Introduction:

"Every time I go to a restaurant for tea, I always order a few cages of steamed spareribs. I like the feeling of freshness, tenderness and smoothness. And I often try to do it at home. To make restaurant style steamed ribs, I need to pay attention to the following points: first of all, the ribs should be continuously washed with water, and the blood inside should be washed clean. Then put the garlic bean drum into the oil pan and saute until fragrant. Add salt, chicken essence, raw powder, soy sauce, pepper and sugar to marinate the spareribs. Finally, the key point is to wait for the water in the pot to boil before putting in the ribs. When steaming, it is better to steam in small cages and plates for about 10 minutes. At this time, the steamed ribs are white and smooth
