Almond Tea

Introduction:

"Almond tea is a traditional tea drink of Han nationality introduced from the court, also known as almond cheese or apricot cheese. Recently, I fell in love with it. I cooked a bowl of almond tea at noon the next day. I changed the flavor of almond tea. It's just as delicious without filtering."

Production steps:

Step 1: the accessories are ready, walnut, peanut, melon seeds, sesame are cooked with microwave, crushed with rock sugar

Step 2: prepare a bag of almonds

Step 3: grind to powder

Step 4: finely grind almonds with water for two minutes

Step 9: pour into two small bowls

Materials required:

Longhuang almond: 30g

Rock sugar: 10g

Glutinous rice flour: 15g

Black Sesame: 1 teaspoon

Water: 400g

Walnut: 2

Peanuts: 10

Melon seeds: 1 pinch

Red dates: 2

Note: 1. Almond powder into powder, and then water into pulp, you don't need to filter again. 2. Wash glutinous rice flour with cold water. 3. My amount is just out of two small bowls. 4.
