Introduction:

"This is a vegetarian dish made last night. It's tender and crisp. It has a faint smell of mustard. I like the bitter taste of mustard."

Production steps:

Step 1: break the mustard and soak it in water for one hour;

Step 2: shred ginger, cut garlic into pieces and set aside;

Step 3: stir fry shredded ginger and garlic in a pot and saute until fragrant

Step 4: stir fry the mustard until it's unripe, add some water, stir fry until it's soft, add salt to taste, then (busy cooking, forget to take pictures)

Garlic: 10g

Shredded ginger: 5g

Peanut oil: 20g

Salt: 5g

Note: this dish added ginger, because mustard is cold, so add ginger, neutralization.
