Leek box

Leek box

Introduction:

"Every child has a mother's dish in his mind. My impression is that my mother used to make this leek box when I was young. When I played with my little friends, my mother called me home and took a bite in the aroma of leek eggs. It was no longer delicious. I didn't often stay with my mother when I grew up. Every time I went home, I had little chance to eat such a leek box So I miss it very much. I'll give it a try at home

Production steps:

Step 1: mix the flour and water, beat the eggs in a bowl, and wash the leeks

Step 2: cut leeks into small pieces

Step 3: pour the egg liquid into the oil pan and fry it into an egg cake

Step 4: cut the omelet into small pieces

Step 5: mix leek and egg cake, add salt and oil, stir well

Step 6: roll the dough into a round skin, not too thin

Step 7: put the stirred pit into the right half of the skin, not too close to the side

Step 8: fold the dough over and press the edge tightly. If the area on the edge is too large, you can cut off some with a plate

Step 9: put a small amount of oil in the pot, and then fry the leek box in the pot until both sides are cooked (my fire is a little big, paste a little...)

Step 10: pack the plate and eat it. There are still many shortcomings in the first time, but it is of great significance
